Procedures -
Professional Actor Training
(Certificate Program--2 years, 2008 - 2010)
  1. The applicant should contact the school for an application anytime after January 1st of the year in which September admission is sought, or download the application directly from this site.
  2. Students will need to file an application with 3 letters of reference and set up an appointment for an interview. References and an interview are required of all applicants, either in New York or with one of the Regional Representatives. The interview fee is $35.00
After the results of the interview and the references have been reviewed, the applicant will be notified by letter of the Admissions Committee's decision.

Second Year: Only students whose first year work is approved unanimously by the faculty are admitted for the second year.

Professional Actor Training
(Summer Workshop--6 weeks, 2008)

Summer Workshop applicants will need to file an application with 3 letters of reference and set up an appointment for an interview at the school in New York City. Applicants who live beyond the metropolitan area of New York may qualify for admission by filing an application with 3 letters of reference and having a personal interview with a Regional Representative of the school or by submitting 3 satisfactory letters of reference directly to the school in NEW YORK in lieu of the interview. References are required from all applicants. Interview fee in NEW YORK is $20. Regional Representatives may charge a slightly higher fee. After the results of the interview and/or the references have been reviewed, the applicant will be notified by letter of the Admissions Committee's decision.

The Junior School
Applications should be received by September 8th. An interview with the student and one parent is requested prior to enrollment. Placement in class is based on age and consideration given to previous training.
